Success Hypnosis, how hypnosis works

what is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation, combined with focused concentration. People drift in and out of hypnotic states every day. If you’ve ever daydreamed in class or "spaced out" on a long drive, you’ve experienced a hypnotic state.

How it works:

While you relax, your subconscious mind develops tools and resources for change. Simply put, hypnosis re-programs your mind for success. To strengthen results, you'll receive a custom recording for reinforcement

Can anyone be hypnotized?

If you can follow simple instructions such as “count backwards from 10,” you can likely be hypnotized. However, there are certain conditions where hypnosis is contraindicated. If you have bipolar disorder with mania, or psychosis, schizophrenia or hallucinations, please consult with your physician to assess the safety of hypnosis for your particular condition.

How many sessions will it take?

Many goals can be accomplished with a single hypnosis session. Most clients achieve their goal within 3 visits. For a free estimate, call or text us  (503) 442-6221

Will insurance cover my sessions?

To find out if your plan covers hypnosis, call your insurance and ask if they cover hypnotherapy for stress management. Though we're unable to bill insurance directly, we can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement. Most Health Savings & Flex Spending cards are accepted in our office.

What type of services are offered?

We do not provide mental health care, diagnose or prescribe. Our work is supportive and educational, intended to enhance productivity & flourishing.
